From grassroots volunteerism to high-level strategizing, Jim Bieber is a seasoned political veteran with almost twenty years experience in all levels of campaign communications.
He has won twelve “Pollie” Awards from the American Association of Political Consultants for the production of persuasion voter contact mail. Jim has also won a “Protos” Award from the Orange County Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America for his work on the designation of land use after the closure of the Marine Air force Base at El Toro.
Jim’s experience includes providing public relations services in the California State Legislature, County and City Governments, private firms seeking government contracts and building approval, as well as political campaigns.
Serving as the Legislative District Director for two State Legislators, Jim worked with a variety of state and local agencies as a conduit for the coordination of public outreach. He performed overall public relations duties including crisis management, media relations, constituent services, and the establishment of information services and coordination between elected officials and local government agencies.
A seasoned campaign manager and consultant, Jim has worked on some of California's most contested Assembly, Senate and Congressional races. In addition to his campaign work, Jim was a featured speaker at Campaigns & Elections Magazine's popular campaign training seminars, which are held throughout the country. The magazine has also selected his work for the coveted honor of being on their front cover two years running.
